Senior Full Stack Engineer (MERN + Fastify)

About This Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with advanced experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Fastify to architect, scale, and deliver high-impact digital products.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain full stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Fastify, and MongoDB
• Lead API development and backend logic leveraging Fastify for fast, scalable Node.js services
• Deliver modern, responsive frontend interfaces and optimized backend endpoints
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product, and backend/infra teams
• Drive engineering best practices: performance, code quality, deployment automation, and system security
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in design/code reviews
• Oversee end-to-end solutions: databases, APIs, UI, deployments, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 3–5 years professional experience as a full stack JavaScript engineer
• Strong senior-level skills with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Fastify, and MongoDB
• Deep understanding of backend API development, RESTful services, and authentication (JWT)
• Experience with Fastify for building high-performance Node.js APIs
• TypeScript proficiency
• Frontend skills: component-driven architecture, state management, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud-based deployments
• Strong autonomy, product-oriented mindset, and problem-solving ability
